Autumn Palette Custom Wood Panel Clock

Stunning fluid art pieces are truly one-of-a-kind decor for your home of office. As an acrylic pour paint artist I always feel like Isaac Newton is helping me put the paint on the wood, tile, or whatever I am painting. I am in awe as I wait to see what the colors do during the process.

This is the finished clock with the decor it was custom made to match.

A couple of months ago an Etsy customer contacted me to see if I could do a clock to match her decor. The color palette was gorgeous fall colors. She wanted a wood panel vs tile. I assured her I could create something to her liking and I crossed my fingers.

Art Process Video: How The Flip Cup Clock Was Made

That day, I actually made 2 clocks with the exact same fluid acrylic colors. The process video of the one she liked was the flip cup that is shown in the Instagram reel below:

Flip cups are fun and easy. I did add a few embellishments to center of the painting. Every time I watch the video I wonder how it would have turned out if I hadn’t used my embellishing tool. I almost feel like I want to stop the process in the middle and call it done. But at the same time, I like to watch it develop as I spin and touch. In this case, the customer wanted a design similar to Pink Synapse, another wood panel clock I did several weeks ago.

Burnt Orange Nebula Fall Palette Clock

The second clock I did that day with exactly the same paint colors was a straight pour. I didn’t video the second clock being made for some reason. It’s interesting how much more the orange took over on this pour. I like them both. The first one matched her color scheme better and I gave her a pick. The second one is available for purchase through my Etsy shop.

Custom Color Fluid Art Clocks Available On Etsy & At Country Flair in Montrose, CO

I can do custom pour paint clocks to match any decor. I can work with you on colors and styles or pour. I can do a variety of sizes in either wood panel or tile. However, unlike a landscape painted from a picture, I can’t totally predict what the final product will look like. That’s what makes each piece so unique and fun.

On custom orders, you also get a choice of the styles and colors of the hands and numerals.

If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me by email. My process time is generally 2-3 weeks before shipping. I can give you a better idea when you order. I can arrange for you to pick-up locally at Country Flair in Montrose or do a custom order through Etsy. Just let me know.
