This Year’s Snowmen and Snowwomen
This year, I updated my handmade hypertufa snowmen and women to include cute wire framed glasses! I make these with hypertufa (Portland cement, sphagnum moss, and vermiculite) in a piece of panty hose. After curing, these are painted in acrylic. This year, I experimented with pour paint. I add glitter. Then, I make the glasses.
Fall and Winter Pour Paint Gnomes
This year, I used acrylic pour paints in vibrant fall and holiday colors for my handmade cement gnomes. They came out so cute! These durable gnomes can go out in the garden in the summer or stay inside as part of your decor!
Handmade Acrylic Pour Ornaments in Vibrant Holiday Hues.
This year, I made ornaments with acrylic pour paint. What a fun mess!!! They turned out gorgeous. For now, these are only available at Country Flair in Montrose. My process involved priming each ornament in household primer. They were then dried, dipped in white pour paint, then poured with brilliant holiday colors. After full drying, they were sealed in craft varnish. Light weight and unbreakable. Come get them while they are an additional 35% off the sale price this weekend!
