Contest Winner Announced
Also, a big congratulations to Deanna who won my online contest last fall. The contest involved predicting the day my last daylily bloomed – which was sometime in September. I didn’t announce it right away because I wasn’t sure if I would get any October blooms .
Deanna is a local friend and former coworker. It was awesome that she could pick her prize up in person at my booth at Country Flair in Montrose. Deanna won a $35 gift certificate. She picked one of my hand-painted clocks for her friend who owns Colorado Gallery and Gifts in Delta, CO. (Colorado Gallery and Gifts has great Colorado themed gifts – stop by if you get to Delta!)
Deanna also purchased one of my bromeliads in a handmade hypertufa leaf-casting pot. I think she did a great job decorating with it!
